Gently used with one tiny spot on the bottom of the bag with missing hair but it’s not really noticeable. There is some missing fur on the edge inside the purse but it’s not really noticeable either. Clean inside and outside. The inside is lined with gray satin. There are a few tiny dark spots but it’s only the variation color of the hair. There are scratches on the Chanel logo on the front and back. Ruthenium hardware with a 9” drop. There is no card but the Chanel paperwork and information is included. The strap can be tucked in and a long strap can be purchased on Amazon and attached to the loop chain on each side of the purse. Beautiful and classy bag! Very soft!
